2. What is stored on your device

The app stores in your browser's or the app's storage (localStorage):

• your play-money balance and the current cycle,
• your statistics and the most recent numbers,
• your limits as well as language, music and voice settings.

This data is not sent to us or to third parties. You can delete it at any time by clearing the website data in your browser or the app data in your phone's settings. The legal basis is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, as storage is strictly necessary for the game.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time, the page requested and information about your browser and device. This is required to deliver the site securely and to fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Fonts and all other files are loaded directly from our server. No content is loaded from Google Fonts or other third parties.

4. Advertising

You can choose to tap "Ad" to get extra play money. Currently this shows our own notices for DuelFriends and Offerfisher. No data is transferred; the website only opens if you tap a notice.

In future we will also show ads there through Google AdSense (H5 Games Ads) by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When an ad loads, data is sent to Google, in particular your IP address, information about your browser and device, the page you are on, and cookies or similar identifiers. Google may transfer this data to countries outside the EU, for example the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We only show personalised ads with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG), which we ask for on your first visit through Google's consent message. Without consent, Google only shows non-personalised ads. You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Privacy settings" in the consent message or by clearing the website data. 5. Voice announcements

The croupier voice uses your device's or browser's speech output. We receive no data from it. You can turn it off with the 🗣️ button.

6. Android app

The Android app displays this website, so the same information applies. When you download it from Google Play, Google processes data under its own privacy terms, which we cannot influence.

7. Play money and minimum age

Casino Angry Maker is a trainer with play money. There are no real-money bets, no payouts and no prizes. The app is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Just write to us at info@offerfisher.com.

If the app changes, we will update this policy. The version published here applies.
